Yes, you can track your order! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number is automatically generated through our eCommerce system and integrated with Easyship. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status directly on the Easyship platform or through the carrier’s tracking page. We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date your package is received to report any damage. Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. To process the refund, you must take a picture or video of the box and the damaged item. Refunds will be made via PayPal to the same account used for the order, or hold the amount under your account for future purchases.

To maintain your stones and fossils, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures. For cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface.
